Your Coffees Journey

The Source

It begins in coffee-growing regions across the globe, where local farmers cultivate coffee to support their families. To ensure they get paid properly, our trusted suppliers seek to visit the farms, often purchasing beans directly from the farmers at premium prices.

Roasting

To ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible, we roast our green beans to order every Monday using our classic 1980s model 10kg Has-Garanti Drum, keeping minimal stock on hand. Each batch is carefully roasted for about 17 minutes, reaching 220°C for a balanced medium roast. This process enhances a rich, sweet flavor while preserving the unique characteristics of each bean.

Storage and Use

Our beans are sealed in foil-lined bags with a one-way valve to lock in freshness. Store in a cool, dark, dry place—never the fridge or freezer!

For peak flavor, enjoy 7–14 days post-roast, though they stay fresh for up to 3–4 weeks. Order what you'll use in under three weeks—or share with a friend for the freshest brews!
